Leonardo Giagnoni, Managing Director
Leonardo is an experienced professional in corporate investments. He supported investors and corporates to successfully close more than 40 deals in private equity and venture capital during the current experience in IAG and the previous one in PwC Deals.
Leonardo achieved a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Florence and attended a professional course at Yale University. In addition, he likes running, playing tennis and is passionate about cooking and wine tasting.
Emanuele Torlonia, Senior Investment Analyst
Motivated self-starter with a big interest in innovation. Background in the management field, working as lead scout in one of the most important acceleration program in the world. Proven ability to manage top Michelin star chef and working in consulting. Strong know how of the food and beverage industry.
Matteo Leonardi, Investment Analyst
Matteo matured academic and work experience living in 5 different countries. In 2017 he obtained his bachelor from UniSG in Pollenzo, and in 2019 the MSc from ESCP Europe (Berlin campus). After a couple of consultancy projects in FMCG/Retail, he joins Accenture global innovation center where he works on the open innovation program for about a year and a half. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, wakesurfing and skiing. He never turns down trying a new activity, a festival or a backpacking trip.
Nicoletta Morra, Investment Analyst
During her Master’s Degree in International Management at the University of Trento and HTW Dresden, Nicoletta developed a strong interest in open innovation. This led her to work on a pre-seed project in the agri-tech sector, and later on to Berlin, where she worked as Investment Analyst in the CVC team of Zeiss AG, focusing on AI solutions for additive manufacturing.
After another experience as Marketing Specialist at Barilla Group, she joined the IAG team as Investment Analyst.
Francesca Giorgetti, Administration Manager

Maria Cristina Mirabello, Communication Manager
Maria Cristina joined IAG in April 2019. Previously she worked in P4I-Partners4Innovation, Digital 360 defining and managing integrated communication strategies, Social & Content management. She was also involved in territorial marketing with a project of which she was Founder (Around Calabria) between 2016 and 2018. From 2013 to 2015 she was consultant for the National School of Administration (SNA), Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Rome. In 2011 she obtained a Master’ s Degree in Political Science and International Relations (110/110 cum laude). Thanks to her interest in human rights, she was a member, from 2015 to 2018, of the Youth Committee of the Italian National Commission for UNESCO, of the Calabria Region. From 2011 to 2012 she collaborated with NGO Oxfam International in Rome, and in 2008 with NGO Amnesty International in Salamanca (Erasmus Placement).
