Giacomo Valentini, Managing Director
Giacomo Valentini joined Italian Angels for Growth in January 2019 as Managing Director. Between 2014 and 2018 he worked at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento Sgr Spa as Investment Manager of the funds of funds of Venture Capital area, taking part in building a portfolio of 14 funds with a total commitment of about €250 million. Between 2010 and 2014 he worked in TTVenture, fund of Venture Capital (€64 million managed) that is managed by Quadrivio Capital Sgr Spa, where he contributed to the screening and improvement of many venture capital operations in Italian start-ups. Giacomo Valentini obtained the Degree of Business Administration at the Bocconi University, he also attended a Summer School at the Harvard University of Cambridge (MA) and he obtained a Master in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at SDA Bocconi.
Leonardo Giagnoni, Investment Manager
Leonardo, who joined IAG in mid-2018, has 4 years experience in PwC in Transaction Services, supporting numerous M & A transactions and financial analysis in various sectors (industrial products, food & beverage, pharma and med).
Leonardo obtained a Master’s Degree in Government and Business Administration at the University of Florence and an English language certification at Yale University. In addition, he practices sports like running and tennis and is passionate about cooking and wine tasting.

Maria Cristina Mirabello, Communication Manager
Maria Cristina joined IAG in April 2019. Previously she worked in P4I-Partners4Innovation, Digital 360 defining and managing integrated communication strategies, Social & Content management. She was also involved in territorial marketing with a project of which she was Founder (Around Calabria) between 2016 and 2018. From 2013 to 2015 she was consultant for the National School of Administration (SNA), Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Rome. In 2011 she obtained a Master’ s Degree in Political Science and International Relations (110/110 cum laude). Thanks to her interest in human rights, she was a member, from 2015 to 2018, of the Youth Committee of the Italian National Commission for UNESCO, of the Calabria Region. From 2011 to 2012 she collaborated with NGO Oxfam International in Rome, and in 2008 with NGO Amnesty International in Salamanca (Erasmus Placement).
